Usage Licenses for profit-share theatre companies and productions

Editorial Use - Production, Publicity and Rehearsal Images

Usage rights are granted upon full payment for use in the following:

(i) Internal Use - The right to use the pictures only within a company for non-commercial purposes; publication in a free in-house magazine or newsletter not normally available to the public; exhibition within the Client's premises; editorial use in the Client's intranet site; editorial / archival use on the Client's internet site.

(ii) PR / Press Use - The right to supply third parties so as to reproduce the pictures in print or electronic media in an editorial context where no fee has been paid to guarantee publication.

(iii) The right to use the images for non-commercial educational use.

Commercial Use - Advertising - Posters, Flyers and Merchandise

Usage rights are granted upon full payment for use in the following:

(i) The right to reproduce the pictures in print or electronic media for advertising use up to the following quantities for the duration of the run / cast:

• 100x A3 Posters or 200x A4 Posters or combination thereof
• 15,000 Flyers / Postcards
• Online Use inc.. email promotions and use on company and promotional websites

Larger print runs or use of any images for any other use, including subsequent tours, remounts or transfers, merchandise etc. must be mutually agreed in advance and may be subject to an additional licensing fee.

Personal Use

Usage rights are granted upon full payment for use in the following:

The right to use the pictures on personal websites, social networking websites, (e.g. MySpace / Facebook / Bebo) casting websites (e.g. CastingCallPro, Spotlight, CastNet, UKScreen etc.) and portfolios only if directly involved with the production. (e.g. Cast, Creative and Technical Teams)
