Reduced rate for profit share theatre companies and productions
Low or no budget shouldn't mean you can't have professional, high-quality, eye-catching images to help promote, market and raise your company's profile. Because I'm passionate about supporting and raising awareness of small-scale theatre companies, and fully recognise the economic constraints self-funded small-scale / fringe companies face, I offer these reduced rate packages.
The packages are based on typical usage and final image requirements, but can be tailored further to meet your specific needs and budget. The usage licences granted are based on use in the UK only for a maximum period of 3 months, after which the licence reverts to internal use only.
The proof images are supplied within 24 hours via an online gallery (where the cast, creative team and crew can licence and download images or order prints for personal use) and the selected final images delivered as sRGB JPEG files via a separate online gallery for download.
The following conditions apply:
- The company does not receive regular funding,
- The venue / location is in London (within Zones 1-6)
- The cast and creative team are on an 'Expenses Only' / 'Profit-Share' / unpaid agreement,
- The maximum total audience capacity for the production's run is under 2500.
(e.g. 100 seat venue, 6 shows per week, 4 week run = 2400)

PR / Publicity Image Shoot*
Probably the most important images to help you get 'bums on seats', normally shot 3 to 4 weeks before press night.
One session, around 2 hrs, for shooting images for press releases, preview articles and listings. Select up to 6 images from the proof gallery with usage licences for:
Distributing to the press; use on your company website and use on your company's social media sites, such as your company's blog, Facebook page, Twitter feed, Flickr account etc.
Additional images can be licensed for distributing to the press at £9.00 each, licensed for use on your company's social media sites for £4.50 and licensed for use on your company's website at £3.15 each. * Includes the shoot, travel expenses (within London), RAW conversion, editing, captioning, colour correction, basic spotting, pre-sharpening, proof gallery and delivery of selected final images as Hi Resolution JPG's @ 300ppi for press use and Low Resolution JPG's @ 72ppi for online use.

Rehearsal Shoot*
One session, around 4 - 6 hrs, for documenting rehearsals.

Production Shoot*
One session taken during the dress rehearsal.

6 images for Distributing to the press; 6 images for use on your company website; 6 images for use on your company's social media sites such as your company's blog, Facebook page, Twitter feed, Flickr account etc and 6 print ready image files for use for F.O.H. display prints.(Prints not included)
Additional images can be licensed for distribution to the press at £9.00 each, licensed for use on your website at £3.15 each, licensed for use on your company's social media sites for £4.50 each and licensed for print use at £3.60 each.
* Includes the shoot, travel expenses (within London), RAW conversion, editing, captioning, colour correction, basic spotting, pre-sharpening, proof gallery and delivery of selected final images as Hi Resolution JPG's @ 300ppi for press use, Low Resolution JPG's @ 72ppi for online use and Hi resolution print optimised JPG's @ 300ppi. The Print ready files are supplied as 300ppi sRGB JPG files for printing on a photo quality inkjet or at a high street photo printers.
